Return & Refund Policy
Straightforward returns, with help when something is wrong.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, bedding must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return

Returns are sent to France; please consider this when arranging an international return from the United States.
Who pays return shipping
If we made an error, sent the wrong item, or supplied a damaged or defective item, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost, including the cost of sending the item to our return address in France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
